Our Fallen Chiefs

The memorial will be in the same format as the current signs on the Alumni Walk at the Stadium on campus.
The Chamberlain High School Legacy Alliance is proud to support a meaningful new addition to the Alumni Walk at John Adcock Stadium at Billy Turner Field: a permanent Vietnam Memorial honoring the Chamberlain Chiefs who lost their lives while serving our country in Vietnam.
Spearheaded by Larry Miller ’64, Bill Ballans ’64 and Ronnie Kelley ’64, this memorial will ensure that these young men—once students walking the halls of Chamberlain High School—are permanently remembered by future generations of Chiefs.
The full-color memorial will be located prominently along the Alumni Walk and will complement the existing signs honoring John Adcock, Billy Turner and the history of the Chief mascot. It will share the story of Chamberlain’s Vietnam fallen and recognize the ultimate sacrifice they made in service to our nation.
Help Us Raise $1,200
We are asking Chamberlain alumni, families, friends and members of our community to help us raise $1,200 to make this memorial a reality.
Every gift matters. Whether you give $10, $25, $50, $100 or more, your donation will help create a lasting tribute to Chiefs who never had the opportunity to return home and grow old alongside their classmates.
They were Chiefs. They served. They sacrificed. We will remember them.
Please consider making a donation today and helping us preserve their names, their stories and their place in Chamberlain history for generations to come.
Once a Chief, Always a Chief.
